HOW TO QUALIFY FOR STATE CHAMPIONSHIPS

Qualifying for the State Championship is simple...a team must participate in a State Qualifier Tournament during the regular season. You do not need to win the Tournament; simply participating qualifies you for the State Tournament.

However, the State Tournament is seeded according to the number of points a team has earned during the season from participating in MCFFU/USSSA sanctioned tournaments.

Therefore, the more tournaments a team enters the more points they will earn and the higher their seeding will be for the State Championships.

Each State Championship will consist of styles that are most popular in that state.  Though the style maybe offered on the state level, it may not be offered on the National level. 

Points for styles offered only in the State DO NOT transfer to other styles in National or World Championship play.
