ENTRY FEES:

8v8 Eligible (Pro) - $495 + (ref fees)

8v8 Eligible (Competitive) - $395 + (ref fees)

8v8 Eligible (Rec) - $395 + (ref fees)

5v5 (Pro) - Information provided in "Invitational Package"

5v5 (Open) - $270 + (ref fees) - (based on 6 players)

Co-Ed (Open) -$495 + (ref fee

35 & Older 8v8 (Open) - $495 + (ref fees)

NOTE: Ref fees are $45 per game for all styles and $15 per game for 5v5

NOTE: Teams competing in the 5v5 Pro Division & 8v8 Pro Division of the World Championships can only register for (1) Division.  Schedules cannot be made to accommodate these competitive divisions

 

DEADLINES:

1st Deadline - January 15, 2012 (if paid prior $100 (8v8 Pro, Co-Ed and 35 & Older) and $50 (Other styles) will be deducted off of the entry fee)

2nd Deadline - March 1, 2012

(if paid AFTER this date $50 will be added to your entry fee)

Final Deadline - March 10, 2012 (no entries will be taken following this deadline)

8v8 Eligible (Pro) - Cash Prize (based on 16 registered teams) - Team Trophy - Individual awards

8v8 Eligible (Open) - Team trophy - Additional prizes TBD based on total team participation - individual awards

8v8 Eligible (Recreation) - Team trophy - Additonal prizes TBD based on total team participation - individual awards

Co-Ed (Open) - Team trophy - Additional prizes TBD based on total team participation - individual awards

5v5 (Pro) - Cash Prize (based on 10 registered teams) - Team Trophy - Individual awards

TOURNAMENT FORMAT:

World Championship format - Guaranteed 3 games (Pool Play) - Single Elimination following the Pool Play

 

NOTE: Pro Divisions will have a percentage of teams to advance to the single elimination rounds on Sunday (Ex. 10 out of 16 will advance - numbers will adjust according to total team entry)
