MIAMI, FL – January 19, 2010 – The Balitimore Packers became the 1st back-to-back 9man Ineligible World Champions when they defeated the Texas 9man All-Stars in a well contested match. The Packers lost in the early rounds, but rebounded to take the title after defeating the 2008 World Champs Hotboys (TX) on their way to the championship game.
Da Show (NC) went undefeated in the Pro Open Division, as they took their first WC title by defeating the Tampa Bad Boys. Leathal Weapon (FL) won the Women's Division and a bid to the WC Las Vegas.

Home of the flag football ineligible sweet 16....
This approximately 110-acre multipurpose facility, located in the City of Lauderhill, offers a multi-purpose stadium with (2) football-size fields inside, along with an additional 4 football fields located just outside the stadium. The complex can seat 5,000 and expand up to 15,000 and will host the Championships games for 9v9 (Pro & Open), 8v8, Women, Screen & 4v4....
The WC Sweet 16
The MCFFU"16" Team Pro Division was introduced during the 2009-10 World Championships in Miami, FL for select styles on the WC Circuit.
Here the top 16 teams with the most accumulated points based on WCS Circuit competition at the end of the each season will qualify for the "PRO" Division in the Miami World Championships!
Each year teams will compete on the WCS Circuit including NIT's and National Championships throughout the country; running from March to December. At the conclusion of the season, the top 16 teams will qualify for the "PRO" Division in the WC.
NOTE: All teams are eligible to compete in the Open Division - NO QUALIFYING PROCESS NECESSARY for the OPEN Division during the World Championships
Competition Notes
The Miami World Championships will feature 9-Man Ineligible, 7-Man Screen and 4-Man in the World Championships; with 8-Man Eligible, Women., Co-Ed and 5-Man being offered as the National Championships. NOTE: Each of the these styles will also be featured in the Las Vegas World Championships in March.

QUALIFYING PERIOD:
Miami World Championships - February 1st through November 1st.
Tournament sETUP - The Miami World Championships will be a Pool Play Format rounding off in a single elimination round on Sunday.
All styles will begin on Friday, continued on Saturday with the top teams from each style/division advancing to "Championship Sunday". All teams will not compete on "Championships Sunday" - ONLY the top percentage of each style, which gives more meaning to the games played on both Friday and Saturday.....
There will be a 3 game guarantee for 9-Man Ineligible, Women (Screen & Eligible), Co-Ed, and 8-Man Eligible. 4-Man will be guaranteed 4 games.
