Competition Committee
The National Competition Committee consists of active players, coaches and league directors who help create and develop rules and policies for competitive flag football throughout the country.

MCFFU Organizational Structure
TOURNAMENT DIRECTORS:
Independent organizations and individuals may be Tournament Directors with the MCFFU. All tournaments hosted by T.D. must be approved by the State Director and/or the MCFFU office. T.D.'s can sanction their existing events and/or host a new MCFFU sanctioned event (NIT or State Qualifier).
STATE DIRECTOR:
Each State will have a State Director who will work to increase his/her state’s total team participation by building relationships, submitting accurate tournament information and recruiting leagues and teams to participate in MCFFU leagues and events.
Directors will also be responsible for attracting local and regional sponsorships, assisting neighboring State Directors of the MCFFU (in flag football as well as with other sports) and supporting National events hosted in their region.
It will be his/her responsibility to rule on the proper conduct, procedures, and other matters relating to the orderly conduct of all State tournaments.
AREA DIRECTORS:
Area Directors will be eligible to host tournaments in multiple states. Any state occupied by a State Director, must be approved by that S.D. All other events, must be approved by the MCFFU if hosted in non-appointed areas.
REGIONAL DIRECTORS OR COMMISSIONERS:
Regional Directors/Commissioners will oversee select regions and State Directors within their jurisdiction.
COMPETION COMMITTEE:
The Competition Committee will be comprised of individuals within the flag football community competing in various styles offered by the MCFFU. Their primary goal will be to monitor various divisions and ensure equal competition.
Rules may also be viewed, altered, voted on and implemented to help maintain a fair level of competition.
