sanctioning and registering your tournament. The Union is always seeking individuals and/or groups to host sanctioned events on the USA Circuit in an effort to continue growing the nations largest competitive flag football network!

tournament approval All events MUST be approved by the MCFFU before being listed on the WC Circuit. Certain areas maybe limited.

paid bids - All bids won during tournament play MUST be paid by the hosting Director before the deadline of the tournament in which the bid is for.  The MCFFU is NOT responsible for any bids into another tournament; teams will not be placed on the schedule until the bid is paid by the responsible Tournament Director.

tournament brackets/seeding - All schedules for NIT's MUST go by the MCFFU National Rankings and be approved by the MCFFU before being posted as an official schedule.  No requested match-ups or time request are allowed.  Any questions regarding the National Rankings, visit the National Rankings section of this site or contact us at mcffu@mcffu.com.

All sanctioned MCFFU/USSSA Tournament Directors MUST attend one of the scheduled MCFFUniversity Programs each year and have a minimum of (1) MCFFU Certified Official present officiating the event. 

All tournament directors must be certified as an MCFFU/USA Head Official (white hat) to be eligible to fill in any of their sanctioned events should the situation calls for it.

Sanctioning Your Event

necessary steps needed to sanction your event

 

(Register Tournament Here) so that it may be reviewed and approved for the USA Circuit. Once approved, you should review your Tournament Package that will be forwarded to you via e-mail, sign and submit to the MCFFU



(Insurance Payments) All events must be insured. Contact the MCFFU office at 678-933-2947 for tournament insurance info. Your tournament MUST be registered with the MCFFU and approved before insurance can be purchased through USSSA.  E-mail your confirmation to the MCFFU

(Pay Tournament Sanctioning Fees Here) All sanctioning fees and tournament fees are to be paid on-line. If payments cannot be made on-line, contact the MCFFU at mcffu@mcffu.com. No WC points will be awarded to participating teams until all fees are submitted.

 

 

NOTE: You MUST submit all the TOURNAMENT RESULTS on-line upon the completion of your event so that it may be updated on the site.  If this is not done, teams will not receive credit for their performances on the circuit.

NOTE:  All prizes will be determined by you, the tournament director, not the MCFFU staff.

Ability to purchase $2,000,000 General Aggregate per event liability coverage for the national discount

Ability to offer secondary accident medical insurance to all participating players

Exclusivity as defined by the MCFFU to secure your dates for future events

Once all of your tournament information has been received and approved, you will be forwarded a payment link to the e-mail address on the registration form that will include the tournament sanctioning fee and the per teams fees as reported. ALL FEES MUST BE SUBMITTED INORDER FOR TEAMS TO RECEIVE THEIR POINTS OR BIDS

Finding Fields and Negotiating Terms

We will assist you with securing suitable playing fields for your league and tournaments.  We can help you in negotiating terms and reviewing items you will need to take into consideration in selecting facilities. 

Having USSSA coverage and its years of success behind you will provide credibility as you meet with facility owners.  

Finding an appropriate facility takes time and you may need help.  Let the Union assist you!
