Deadline:  1st Deadline january 9th - 2nd Dealine january 16th ($50 late fee after jan. 9th)

Entry Fee: $395.00 Plus $40 per game referee fee per game

(MCFFU will pay for championship games)  

Tournamnent Format: World Championship Format. 3 games on Sat with the top % teams advancing to Sunday - based on total team count.  

Style of play: 8 man Eligible and 5-man  

Divisions: Pro, Competitive, Recreational and Parks and Rec.  

Awards: Will be announced when all entry fees are collected
