The MCFFU has (2) categories for all national leagues: MCFFU Premier League or Independent Sanctioned League. Each league level is designed to correctly place each league in its appropriate skill level for identification.

All interested individuals and/or groups interested in starting a sanctioned league or sanctioning their existing league should submit the LEAGUE DIRECTOR AGREEMENT and contact the MCFFU at mcffu@mcffu.com.
Both options provides you with advantages - registering as a MCFFU Premier League, you will be able to take advantage of all the benefits offered to the Union by way of sponsors and national partners. While the Independent Sanctioned league allows you with more opportunity and flexibility to personally brand, develop and foster your league in your own unique way

Parks & Rec Program
All Parks and Recreation Departments are automatically eligible for the PREMIER LEAGUE Program.
Recommended styles including 8v8, 7v7, 6v6, 5v5, 4v4 for Men, Women and/or Youth.
Any Parks and Recreation Department that is interested in sanctioning their current league or starting a flag football program, please contact us at mcffu@mcffu.com and an information package will be forwarded out to you.
