HOTEL INFORMATION:

This how it works, go to Doinvegas.com put in the dates your team plans on being in Vegas and the number of rooms. Review the rates and choose the hotel you like and click the red “book it” button. There is an $11.99 membership fee to Doinvegas.com that is discounted for MCFFU teams. The rate is usually $25 but had been discounted for MCFFU teams. Once you pay your membership fee you secure your rooms using a credit card. Your card is NOT charged to hold your rooms at HARRAH's properties, you pay for the rooms at Check in at the hotel. The non-Harrah's properties you pay for your rooms at time of reservation. Please note: Rates will fluctuate and get higher the closer we get to the tournament so book early to save money.

In addition to getting some of the best hotel rates in Vegas, by using Doinvegas.com you get free entry into 19 of Vegas’ hottest clubs for FREE. Some of these clubs have entry fees of $20 to $50 per person.

5v5 (Open) - $250 + (ref fees)

Women Eligible (Open) -$595

NOTE: Ref fees are $45 per game for all styles and $15 per game for 5v5

NOTE: Teams wishing to play multiple styles will receive a discount; please inform us of the 2 styles ASAP

 

DEADLINES:

1st Deadline - March 1, 2010 (if paid prior $50 deducted off of the entry fee)

2nd Deadline - March 15, 2010 (if paid AFTER this date $50 will be added to your entry fee)

Final Deadline - March 22, 2010 (no entries will be taken following this deadline)

NOTE: Prizes will be adjusted per style based on total number of registered teams - Cash prizes will be divided for 1st and 2nd place - 1st (80%) - 2nd (20%)

 

TOURNAMENT FORMAT:

World Championship format - Guaranteed 3 games (Pool Play) - Single Elimination following the Pool Play

NOTE: Pro Divisions will have a percentage of teams to advance to the single elimination rounds on Sunday (Ex. 10 out of 16 will advance - numbers will adjust according to total team entry)
