VA Beach National Championships Official MCFFU Ref Training Event

Beginning in 2010, the VA Beach ENC will be utilized as the "official" training event for all certified officials and officials seeking Union certification.  All officials must register via the National Director of Officials (Zeric Foster - zfoster@mcffu.com) in order to be placed on the schedule.  Certification ensures your eligibility to officiate on the World Championship Circuit, including the Miami World Championships and the Las Vegas World Championships...

9v9, Screen and 4v4 World Championships Moved to Miami, FL

The Annual World Championships, which were orginally held in Sanford, FL just north of Orlando, have now been relocated to the beautiful Ft. Lauderdale/Miami Beach area beginning in 2010.  All interested certified officials MUST be cleared to work this event.  Registrations are now underway to secure a spot in the Miami WC 2010.  Contact Zeric Foster at (zfoster@mcffu.com) or Tim Davis at (tdavis@mcffu.com)

World Contact League Beginning Soon

The World Contact League will begin this fall and will feature some of the top contact leagues across the country in 9v9 and 8v8. Leagues will be headlined in the NE, Mid-Atlantic, SE, Mid-West, SW, West and NW regions of the US. League news, happenings and updates will be featured weekly; along with points for the World Championship Circuit.  Player and team profiles, along with standings and inside information on some of the top leagues, teams and players in national contact leagues leading into National Championship and World Championship competition. Details of participating leagues and other information will be posted soon....

Officials Needed: Super Series 2010 - Las Vegas, NV

Officials are needed to help officiate the Flag Football Super Series held in Las Vegas, NV on March 26-28, 2010!  The SS features the best team created to represent their state in a 3 day event that will be filmed and shopped to the National Sporting Networks, including SPIKE TV and the Versus Channel.  Teams will have a combination of ex-NFL, CFL, Arena I, II, Semi-Pro and the best local flag football players to build the most marketable, most competitive team to compete.....  The Series currently has 17 states represented and are looking to reach 24 - quality football is a MUST and teams will have a full year to build and prepare for the Super Series. The style played is 9v9 Ineligible. All officials MUST be certified in 9v9 Ineligible rules and pass the written exam to qualify to officiate this event.

All-American Park; Buckskin Basin New Homes for WCV 2010

Noted as being one of the states best playing facilities for football, All-American Park in Las Vegas, NV will be the new site of the Flag Football World Championships in 2010.  Along with Buckskin Basin Park, the MCFFU will have the capability to expand the World Championships with multiple styles while upgrading the playing surfaces and overall environment.
