Your events are your events and wish that you continue operating as such. All areas are unique and attempting to operate them all the same simply does not work. By improving your product at the league and tournament level, the overall quality of the game will improve nationally.

The MCFFU is not tied to the status quo. We are constantly examining our business practices, our on-field rules, and we want to continue to grow the game of flag. We believe the way to grow is to improve the product by making it as accessible to the public as we can, correct our mistakes, and listen to new ideas. We are customer-driven, which means we can go as far as our teams take us. What can we do to make it better?

We want your input 

We are trying to bring flag football together. In order to do that, we want you to be an active participant in deciding what the Union needs to do to be successful. This includes developing our tournament calendar, addressing on-field issues, and improving our organization and administration. We want to hear what you have to say.

Your teams can develop

through different levels of play, and by simplifying the styles we can create a game that translates globally, allowing your teams an equal chance to improve. We offer 4 levels of play for each style: Pro, Competitive, Recreational and Parks and Recreation.

media exposure is achievable

With national sponsors, comes national and regional attention. Not only does it increase our visibility for more sponsors, but also the game improves when there are more participants. We’ve already worked with ESPNRadio and have other projects in the works. The sky is the limit for the relationship between flag football and the media.

The U is a players’ union. 

We are flag football players, fans, coaches and league directors. We love this game, and we want our game to grow from coast to coast. The Union believes that if the independent leagues speak with a collective voice on important issues affecting the game; assist teams organizationally and technically and coordinate league and tournament development with national teams and organizations, flag football will continue to grow as a beloved part of the American psyche.
