By joining the Union, you will be teaming with the fastest growing National Flag Football Organization in the country that is totally dedicated to elevating the game of competitive flag football.  With the Union, your money stays in your pocket and we will help you increase your overall revenue per year!

With the Union, you become a "National Partner" which means your voice is heard and your suggestions are all considered, you become a teammate and a Union Board Member, but most importantly you become a independent business owner.  All of our Partners receive national support from other members, benefits from the Unions National Sponsors and opportunities created by other Union Partners such as:

3. Ability to purchase all items (gear, t-shirts, etc) at wholesale prices
4. Become a distributor for sporting good products
5. Tournament insurance discounts

With the Union, you have multiple avenues to generate income other than from the entry fees of teams!  This allows you to offer teams more for less!

The MCFFU is also the ONLY organization that has NO OFFICE hours with offices located in each of the 3 regions (Pacific, Central and Eastern).  This means that we are available to answer any of your questions and provide your teams with the best customer service in the business!

The Union will continuously work for you to create more opportunities and bring aboard major national sponsors that will benefit all involved, especially the teams and players.  This is the ONLY organization that places you and your teams first!

Existing Tournaments – For tournaments seeking sanctioning, the fee will be (1) paid bid to one of the NTS events, nothing else.  Existing tournaments are tournaments that have a history of success and only seeking sanctioning by the MCFFU National Tournament Series.  The fee will include the following:

• E-flyer created by the MCFFU and circulated throughout the organization

Non-existing Tournaments – For members seeking to start a non-existing tournament, the Union will guide them through locating and securing an appropriate field(s), filing the official documents with the Union, promoting and recruiting teams.  The initial tournament will have 50% of the net income sent to the Union along with the tournament budget form.

Once the member begins hosting his/her own tournaments, the fee will be (1) paid bid to one of the NTS events.

LEAGUES:

The MCFFU will assist in sanctioning and building youth and adult leagues and tournaments nationwide.  All leagues and directors will be assisted and supported by the Union and its members.  Sanctioned leagues will offer paid bids to their league champions to the Regionals or Championships.   

Existing Leagues – For leagues seeking sanctioning, the fee will be an automatic 1/2 or full paid bid for your league champions to play in either of our NTS events.  There are no other costs involved.  Existing leagues are leagues that have a history of success and only seeking sanctioning by the MCFFU National Tournament Series for its members.  The fee will include the following

Non-existing Leagues – For members seeking to start a non-existing league, the Union will guide them through locating and securing an appropriate field(s), filing the official documents with the Union, promoting and recruiting teams.  This will be a 50/50 split with The Union.  The Union will provide the following assistance:
