Director Information
MCFFU/USSSA Tournament Sanctioning Process
- You must register
your tournament on-line (Register Tournament Here) so that it may be added
to the World Championship schedule.
- All tournaments must be approved by the State Director and/or the MCFFU before being listed as official.
- All teams participating in your event MUST have an on-line roster posted on www.usssa.com with a printed version presented at the event. No other rosters will be accepted. (On-line Rosters Submission)
- (Insurance Payments) All insurance must be paid via the USSSA. Contact the USSSA office at
800-741-3014
for tournament insurance info. Your tournament MUST be registered on-line with the MCFFU and USSSA before insurance can be purchased.
- You MUST submit all the tournament information on-line upon the completion of
your event. If this is not done, teams will not receive credit
for their performances.
NOTE: All questions regarding the USSSA ISTS System (On-line rosters and tournament scheduling), contact Stacy (Office Administrator) at stacy@usssa.com or Kelly (ISTS System Manager) at kelly@usssa.com.
NOTE: All prizes will be determined by the tournament director, not the MCFFU staff.
