Information for Union State & Tournament Directors
All the information needed to sanction and qualify a tournament for the MCFFU/USSSA Flag Football World Championship Series (FFWCS) will be located on this page. If you have any questions you can contact us at mcffu@mcffu.com
NOTE: All questions regarding the USSSA ISTS System (On-line rosters and tournament scheduling), contact Stacy (Office Administrator) at stacy@usssa.com or Kelly (ISTS System Manager) at kelly@usssa.com.
Tournament Sanctioning Process:
- You must register your tournament on-line (look to the right and you will see the "Register Your Tournament" tab) before it can be added to the schedule.
- All tournaments must be submitted 45 days prior to the start of the event. If less than 45 days, contact the office.
- All tournaments must be approved by the State Director and/or the MCFFU before being scheduled.
- All teams participating in your event MUST have an on-line roster posted on www.usssa.com. No other rosters will be accepted.
- (Insurance Payments) All insurance must be paid via the USSSA. Contact the USSSA office at 800-741-3014 for tournament insurance info. Your tournament MUST be registered on-line with the MCFFU and USSSA before insurance can be purchased.
- (Fee Payments) All sanctioning fees and tournament fees are to be paid on-line. Link will be forwarded to you to submit your payment. If you are sending a money order contact us mcffu@mcffu.com before sending it out.
- You MUST submit all the tournament information on-line upon the completion of your event. If this is not done, teams will not receive credit for their performances.

Notes: All prizes will be determined by the tournament director, not the MCFFU staff.
