WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP QUALIFICATIONS:
Beginning in 2008, the Flag Football World Championships will no longer be an open tournament. Participating teams competing in the Pro Division must
qualify to be eligible to compete in the WC3 by participating in a National
Qualifier, National, National Championship or any MCFFU sanctioned tournament
to be eligible.
NEW NATIONAL PARTNERS:
As we enter our third year of operations, the MCFFU has looked to strengthen our core by teaming with successful flag football directors and qualified referees to help expand national competition and increase the overall quality
of our national tournaments.

NEW NATIONAL TOURNAMENTS AND REFEREES:
Biloxi, MS has been added by the Union to offer an annual summer event that will consist of 9-Man, 8-Man and Screen. This tournament will cater to Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Tennessee, Georgia, Arkansas and Florida.
OTHER UNION TOPICS:
Tournaments: It is the goal of the MCFFU to place high quality tournaments in regions that are not challenging for teams to travel too and reduce the smaller tournaments with less value. We have set up National Tournaments (NTS) in active markets across the U.S. to help stimulate the overall growth of the game of flag.
