9-Man Pro (A) Division:

Baltimore Packers - 9-Man A Champions

The Baltimore Packers (MD) fought through a field of 26 Ineligible teams representing 13 states to become the 2nd 9-Man Ineligible World Champions!  The Packers def. Real Real (NJ) 13-7 in OT in a epic battle that ended with a sack on 4th and goal and an exploding sideline of Packer players rushing the field.

The Packers came into the WC as the top seeded 9-man Pro team, with an 11-2 record, 1125 points and 2 tournament wins on the World Championship Circuit, which lead all of 9-Man and were the favorites heading into the the WC.

With a stout offensive front and a punishing defensive line, the Packers controlled the line of scrimmage throughout most of the tournament giving them the edge they needed to win the title.

The Packers finished the season with a remarkable record of 17-2, 2125 circuit points and 3 total tournament wins!  Congratulations to the Baltimore Packers - the 2008-09 World Champions of 9-Man Ineligible!

9-Man Competitive (B) Division:

Long Island Saints - 9-Man B Champions

The L.I. Saints (NY), who had missed the PRO cut by the slimmest of margins, rebounded during the single elimination round and defeated the Beltway Bruins (MD) to claim the 9-Man B Title!  

The L.I. Saints finished the touranment with a overall 4-2 record, losing only to the Metro Dawgs (VA) 2007 9-Man World Champion Runner-ups and the Tampa Hawks (FL) the 2007 National Champions!   

The Saints finished the season 33rd overall with a 4-2 record, 150 points and a 9-Man B title.  Look for the L.I. Saints to be on the Pro Circuit in 2009 and part of the Sweet 16 in the 2010 WC!    Congratulations to the L.I. Saints - 2008-09 9-Man B World Championships!
